Our mission is to enable adults with special needs to live independently, through residential support programs designed to meet the following needs of each resident: to have a safe place to live, to establish a healthy lifestyle, and to build lasting relationships.
About
Villa De Vida is building an apartment community to provide independent housing options for adults with special needs, helping each person to enjoy the highest level of independence possible and to participate in the community. After the community is developed, Villa De Vida will encourage and aid residents with social interactions. Each individual will be supported to develop those skills needed to engage in a variety of social exchanges. Behavioral challenges indicating weaknesses in any social abilities will be addressed through creating individual goals and providing opportunities to build these capacities through practice, encouragement, and guided facilitation in natural environments and opportunities.
