The Bee Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness of brain aneurysms and increasing funding for innovative research that changes lives. The Foundation focuses on research, awareness, advocacy, and support to prevent brain aneurysms before they rupture and to support affected families and survivors.

About

To fund innovative preventative brain aneurysm research seeking to further the mission and reduce the number of deaths caused by brain aneurysms. Through a competitive grant process the organization funds research directed at understanding the early detection, pathophysiology, genetic predisposition and/or treatment of brain aneurysms. Cutting edge research focused on prevention takes priority. Proposals are accepted from a variety of disciplines, including but not limited to translational neurosciences, neurosurgery, neurology, radiology, and genetics. The organization seeks to engage researchers early in their careers to attract top talent in the brain aneurysm research field and accelerate the pace of preventative research.
