Infant care program: Drug-exposed infants are admitted to Brigid's Path to receive specialized care for their withdrawal from the drug(s). A multidisciplinary team of neonatologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and volunteers - all of whom are trained to appropriately provide specialized NAS care - work closely to ensure that babies receive the best care possible and that family members are engaged throughout the withdrawal process and beyond. Brigid's Path provides innovative, nurse-driven care that utilizes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches to help infants recover from drug-exposure.
