Mission
Next Generation Men & Women closes the opportunity gap for under-resourced students in Atlanta through exposure and support to graduate prepared for college and career.
About
Created a year-long program that inspires young men of color to success through professional exposure, leadership development, community service, and ongoing support with the goal being each student graduates high school, pursues post-secondary education or training, and grows into a positive member of their family and the broader community. The Next Generation Men programs meet one to two times per week after school and include monthly exposure trips to different industries across Atlanta where students meet real professionals while being shown what it takes to achieve the careers they are seeing.
