We have a simple, but robust mission: to provide our homeless and people in need the basics for health, hygiene and love.
About
Project U First Inc. supports some of the most vulnerable members of our community by providing them with basic hygiene products most of us take for granted. Since our inception in 2014, we have distributed more than 1 million hygiene kits, 300,000 blankets, and 225,000 pairs of socks to homeless shelters, foster homes, and schools in low-income areas. These items are inexpensive, but to a homeless person, or a child living in poverty, they’re an important step on the path toward dignity. We serve our community with two major programs: "Taking Love to the Streets," where we deliver hygiene kits to homeless shelters and our most vulnerable citizens on the streets and "U First Kidz Closets," where we provide basic hygiene products to low-income, Atlanta-area schools.
