In the five years since the Charlie Cart Project (CCP) launched, we have reached more than 200,000 children in 20 states across the country. To support this growth, in FY2018, CCP focused on strengthening organizational capacity. We added two people to our team: Raquel Sharp, head of growth, to expand our organizational reach and impact; and Connie Bu, production manager to oversee manufacturing and logistics. Staff growth has enabled us to support our sites more effectively and to allocate more resources to program innovation. To that end, we developed a suite of systems to support existing program sites, commissioned a formal assessment of our training programs; and engaged with expert consultants to improve all areas of operations. Related expenses include salary and benefits for all staff, expert consultants, software programs, and computer equipment.
