Contributing educational technical assistance and resources to advocates and policy makers regarding local sugary drink tax and other sugar reduction policies in 9 new local and state sites. To date, we have supported nearly 60 cities, counties, states, tribal nations, and territories. Supporting sugary drink tax community advisory boards as they develop revenue allocation recommendations and assure public accountability for use of tax revenues and convening the national SSB Tax Community Advisory Board Network which convenes leaders of all five Community Advisory Boards from US jurisdictions with taxes to share information, engage in collective problem solving, and discuss collaboration.
