NPRC commenced its start-up of operations. In May 2017, the PA Department of Revenue officially approved NPRC to commence its operations. During the 2017-2018 fiscal year, NPRC completed employee search procedures and hired principal administrators and other key employees necessary to commence operations, ending the fiscal year with seventeen (17) full-time employees. NPRC also commenced offering classes through a partnership with another established university and began preparation for achieving accreditation. NPRC continued development of its associate degree and work-force development programs, student services, and expansion of delivery locations.
