About

Engage!Cleveland executed upon a new strategic plan focused on signature events and growing employer memberships. The organization hosted five signature events with four of them being new: Lunch with Leaders, Next Generation of Women, Young Professionals Week, State of the Young Professional Community and Professional Development Week. The first two events hit capacity and sold out showing a great need. We completed an inaugural study to better understand what young professionals are looking for in terms of a place to live and work. We were also able to secure seventy employer members since our inception.
