Mission

The mission of Tiny Houses Greensboro is to be a coalition of diverse individuals and local organizations who aim to reduce homelessness by engaging in public and private partnerships to create a tiny home community. Working alongside people experiencing homelessness, our goal is to encourage positive community engagement and foster an educational experience in a welcoming environment.

About

The company is currently working with the city of Greensboro and the city of High Point to develop two tiny house communities for the purpose of being a developer and general contractor. The company anticipates operating throughout North Carolina, as well as South Carolina and Virginia. Work will be performed under fixed price contracts, as well as other types as may be applicable. The duration of certain contracts may extend over one or more years. The company is currently applying for status as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003.
