ONE WORLD SURGERY IS A NONPROFIT CONFRONTING THIS GLOBAL HEALTH CRISIS BY PROVIDING IN-COUNTRY, ON-THE-GROUND MEDICAL CARE TO UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES IN HONDURAS. ONE WORLD SURGERY FUNDS AND OPERATES THE HOLY FAMILY SURGERY CENTER, WHICH HAS THREE OPERATING ROOMS, SEVEN OVERNIGHT RECOVERY BAYS, A DENTAL CLINIC AND AN EYE CLINIC. BY PARTNERING WITH COMMUNITIES, HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS, AND LEADERS IN HEALTHCARE TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY HEALTH SERVICES, ONE WORLD SURGERY IS TRANSFORMING LIVES AND STRIVING TOWARD A WORLD WITH SAFE, TIMELY, AND ACCESSIBLE SURGICAL CARE FOR ALL. IN 2018, ONE WORLD SURGERY MOBILIZED 717 VOLUNTEERS TO HELP PROVIDE 1,102 FREE, TRANSFORMATIVE SURGERIES AND 7,217 FREE SURGICAL CONSULTS IN HONDURAS.WE ARE DEDICATED TO PROVIDING WORLD-CLASS SURGICAL CARE TO COMMUNITIES IN NEED AND EMPOWERING VOLUNTEERS TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON GLOBAL HEALTH.
