Parents will leave each event with take-away tools to help foster healthy family relationships and overall well-being. Crossroads for Youth: Crossroads for Youth in collaboration with Teacher's Pet will expand an animal-assisted therapeutic model designed to assist the youth in improving emotional regulation skills, self confidence, and socialization skills. The shelter dogs also directly benefit; the program dogs have an 80% adoption rate.
