TTH also provided 95 households with case management that allowed 18 to obtain new affordable housing and 55 to retain their current housing. With 202 interventions, TTH had a success rate of 97% in obtaining or maintaining housing for our clients. TTH also began 3 new affordable rentals, held 20 workshops and housing trust presentations, held 27 pre-qualifying sessions for prospective buyers and received grant funding and donations from 66 different sources.
