The on-campus counseling program: Founded in 1980, the mission of the on-campus counseling program (OCCP) is to provide free counseling services for teens and their families at eight secondary schools in the Palo Alto Unified School District, the Sequoia Union High School District and at La Entrada Middle School in Menlo Park.
