The ACCEF's mission and most significant activities are to reach out to mainstream society and other culture communities to share Chinese culture with passion; to promote education with principles and convictions; to enable children and others to have opportunities to learn with love; and to sponsor less-privileged children to school in the rural areas of China.

ACCEF continued to support the less privileged students to have an opportunity to school at rural areas in China. In 2018, the total approximate 500 children under more than ten school locations were sponsored under ACCEF one-to-one rainbow grants. ACCEF continued to fund Yunnan Proud Student Program. In addition, ACCEF assisted schools to improve learning environments by opening a room as libraries and repairing facilities.
