Episcopal Church Home, Friendship, Inc. (the 'entity') was organized in 1967 under the provisions of the Washington, DC code for the purpose of constructing and operating housing and related facilities for the elderly. The entity was financed through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ('HUD') under Section 202 of the National Housing Act and consists of 180 units. Such entities are regulated by HUD as to rent charges and operating methods.
