CIVIC AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES- ASSIST IMMIGRANTS IN THEIR PROCESS TO BECOME NEW CITIZENS, SEEK FOR WORK PERMITS OR PETITION RELATIVES ONCE THEY HAVE BECOME PERMANENT RESIDENTS OR AMERICAN CITIZENS. SERVICES TO CLIENTS IN CRIMINAL AND REMOVAL PROCEEDINGS ARE MINIMAL, BUT ASSESSMENT IS DONE AND REFERRAL IS MADE. ECONOMIC SERVICES- PROVIDES JOB COUNSELING, TRAINING AND JOB PLACEMENT FOR THOSE IN NEED. DEVELOPMENT OF MICRO-ENTERPRISE OR MINI-INDUSTRY EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS.
