In addition to supervision and development in the internship site, participants receive education around professional development, leadership and civic engagement in small class settings and through exposure to prominent speakers and leaders. Housing is optional, but a full array of student services are provided and residential alumni mentors are available 24/7. Most participants earn full academic credit from their home institutions.
