Health care for the homeless works to prevent and end homelessness for vulnerable individuals and families by providing quality, integrated health care and promoting access to affordable housing and sustainable incomes through direct service, advocacy and community engagement.
About
Health care for the homeless provides health-related services to over 9,904 individuals during 112,882 visits annually. Our clinic at 421 Fallsway is open from 7:00am to 5:00pm on Monday-Wednesday and Friday; 7:00am to 12:00pm on Thursday; and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday. Our West Baltimore clinic is open 8:00am to 5:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm on Wednesday; and 8:00am to 12:00pm on Thursday. Our Baltimore County clinic is open 8:30am to 5:00pm on Monday-Wednesday and Friday; and 8:30am to 12:00pm on Thursday.
