To provide human and spiritual instruction that assists individuals in growing in virtue so that they become better citizens and live a life fully integrating faith with their professional work and family life following the teaching of St. Josemaría Escrivá.

The organization operates a facility that provides a place of Roman Catholic religious worship, doctrinal instruction, and moral guidance. The facilities include a chapel, meeting rooms, and a library. The priests and laymentwho live at the facility direct a number of workshops, one day and three day retreats, and classes in accord with the mission of the organization. These activities take place all over the Washington, DC area, and about 450 to 500 people attend these activities. The revenue is from the room and board paid by the residents of the facility.
