The Cape St Claire Recreation Council is lead by four officers who are elected on an annual basis. Sports activities supported by CSCRC include baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football, rugby, soccer, tennis, track and field and wrestling. Commissioners are assigned for each sport. A commissioner is responsible for organizing the sport by assisting in children registration, determining number of county/community teams, assigning coaches, holding try-outs, developing rules for the community leagues, and abiding by the recreation council bylaws.
