Mission

Neighbors’ Consejo provides culturally and linguistically competent mental health rehabilitative services, social and community support services to the neediest in our City — those underserved or uninsured. We strive to empower our neighbors to become self-sufficient and productive members of society. All our services are free to the recipients.

About

Mental health rehabilitation services to identified men, women and children. Our bilingual teams make contact with these homeless persons and offer blankets and transportation to shelters. We also screen for illness and addictions so counselors can bring a transition process to a more normal life in the United States.
