Cecil Land Trusts Fair Hill Rural Legacy Area (FHRLA) program: A 200 plus acre farm was the first to take part in Cecil Land Trusts pay for success stream restoration project. The project involved improving 8,125 linear feet of stream channel to reduce sediment and nutrient run off and the planting of 24.8-acres of riparian buffers. The easement will permanently protect the stream and the surrounding land.
