OAcademy is a Hemispheric digital orchestra academy connecting the world’s most iconic music instructors and performers with a cohort of rising musicians from 20+ countries of the Americas, many from underrepresented communities. The Global Leaders Program empowers the next generation of changemakers in music to transform lives and communities through an innovative twelve-month Executive Graduate Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship, Cultural Agency, Policy Leadership, Organizational Management, and Teaching Artistry led in partnership with top universities and think tanks.

The Orchestra of the Americas canvases 200,000 musicians annually - many from marginalized communities - inspiring 6,000 to annually enter its audition process, through which 80-100 outstanding Fellows are selected to participate from 20-25 countries. The Orchestra delivers the equivalent of 1 year of world-class conservatory music training through a six-week concert tour free of cost to participants.
