ASN leads the fight to prevent, treat, and cure kidney diseases throughout the world by educating health professionals and scientists, advancing research and innovation, communicating new knowledge, and advocating for the highest quality care for patients.

About

Kidney Week - The Society's Annual Meeting (Kidney Week) includes educational sessions and research papers on recent discoveries and advances in nephrology. In addition to Kidney Week, the Society also offers other meetings (Highlights), provides an Annual Board Review Course and Update (BRCU), and offers other distance learning opportunities for nephrologists. In 2019, an estimated 1,080 hours of instruction were provided, and more than 16,000 physicians and 2,500 other health professionals participated in these activities.
