Rtca, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation that develops consensus-backed recommendations on technology, procedures, and equipage principally related to communication, navigation, surveillance, and air traffic management (CNS/ATM). In May 2018, Rtca transitioned from a federal advisory committee to a standards development organization, with this transition Rtca continues to provide FAA referenced, critical technical standards to the aviation industry.
