The Roanoke Valley SPCA is a community resource that provides pet adoption, retention, and education services in Virginia’s Blue Ridge. We're working to develop a community where animal welfare is valued and demonstrated leading to positive outcomes for animals and people.

The RVSPCA promotes the humane treatment of animals and encourages interest in the welfare, health and life of all animals. It also includes the placement of animals in adoptive homes and training and education of pet owners and pets.
