About this organization
Mission
Seeking to put God’s love into action, Fauquier Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, community and hope. Our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Through shelter, we empower. People in our community, and all over the world, partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and, when completed, pay an affordable mortgage. Habitat also offers new homeowners training in financial management, home maintenance, and nutrition to ensure successful homeownership. Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability, and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and their families.
