Mission

CCIH is a membership organization for those interested in promoting global health and wholeness from a Christian perspective. CCIH accomplishes this by facilitating networking, sharing information, promoting cooperation, and engaging students and developing country professionals.

About

Annual Conference and Workshops: CCIH hosted its 31st annual conference in July, 2017, at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, followed by an Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill educating Congressional leaders about international health and faith-based organizations. The theme of the conference was "Strengthening Global Health: Faith at the Center." The conference attracted about 213 participants in various plenary sessions and concurrent breakout sessions with time for worship, networking, and fellowship. The participants included students, developing country representatives, and professionals from many Christian organizations working in global health. Presenters included domestic and international leaders in non-profit Christian organizations.
