Mission
The Parkersburg Area Community Foundation, Inc. and the Parkersburg Area Community Foundation - are brother-sister 501c3 (509 a) organizations. Our mission is to serve our region's people by providing leadership and inspiring the building of permanent resources for community betterment through the foundation. The Doddridge County Community Foundation, Little Kanawha Area Community Foundation and Ritchie County Community Foundation are all geographic affiliate subdivisions of the PACF, Inc. which share the common mission for our region, with emphasis on their particular communities.
