Donations to organizations are distributed as soon as the donation is approved and the funds are available. In the rare event that Daffy is unable to fulfill the donation request to this charity, you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose another charity. This may occur if the charity is unresponsive or if the charity is no longer in good standing with regulatory authorities.

Mission
The Winston-Salem Rescue Mission exists to help hurting men find healing in the gospel of Jesus Christ and hope through the new life Christ gives.
About
Our life builders program is a 90-day men's residential program providing structure, discipline, accountability, recovery classes, GED and computer education, work therapy, integrated biblical counseling and spiritual guidance. This program has a 71 bed capacity at our Winston-Salem campus. During 2018-2019, 227 men were served through the program, with 78 graduating. Of those, 19 graduates went into our 1-year new life center transformers program. Additionally, 24 men went on to obtain outside employment and 25 men transferred from our program to permanent housing. In our recovery programs, there were 32 men who made profession of faith in Christ, or who rededicated their lives to him.
