Operation of residential programs for mentally and physically handicapped adults and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Residences: two intermediate-care facilities, two boarding houses, one independent living program, one supported living program, two adult day-care facilities, one adult day service facility, and two traumatic brain injury homes provide the care and support needed to enhance the lives of these individuals. Staff members live on-site in the traumatic brain-injury homes, providing 24-hour supervision and training. The individuals served in the program are integrated into existing services in the community. This may include a job at local industries or a specialized program to address individual vocational needs. PCGH also provides a therapeutic riding program, located on our farm grounds. Therapeutic riding provides sports therapy benefits and confidence building.
