Mission

The mission of Leadership Charlotte is to develop and enhance volunteer community leadership by providing a diverse group of emerging and existing leaders with the opportunity to increase their community knowledge, civic network, and service to the community.

About

The Leadership Charlotte program is for emerging and existing leaders. It is our flagship program and is a backstage pass to the Charlotte community. It is a two-part program, starting with ten, once-a-month program days where approximately 50 participants explore current issues with a variety of community leaders. The program is complete after participants serve on a committee that coordinates one of these program days for the incoming class.
