Facilities and resources were used to accomplish the following: held weekly classes for teaching English as a second language for 30 individuals and to help over 15 students with GED certificate prep classes in Spanish, utilizing 15 volunteers. Held weekly Whiz Kids after-school mentoring meetings to tutor 13 elementary students one on one from an at-risk community, utilizing 15 volunteers utilized facilities to provide computer training to any and all individuals involved in our programs facilitated or participated in over 300 city and community meetings events to minister to many individuals, involving more than 500 volunteers. These events were held weekly, monthly or annually. Provided worship and music training to 30 individuals utilizing 8 volunteers. With other individuals, visited local prisons and immigration detention centers bringing hope to over 1,000 individuals utilizing 50 additional volunteers. Obtained and provided backpacks and school supplies to over 700 local kids held an end of summer neighborhood festival with 1500 in attendance utilizing about 70 volunteers helped organize and participate in the Cinco de Mayo festival and Christmas festival of lights, both in Denver and both touching over 500,000 attendees utilizing 100's of volunteers.
