THIS VULNERABLE TIME FOR STUDENTS IS COUPLED WITH A LACK OF SUPPORT IN THE MIDDLE SCHOOL YEARS FROM OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS. ONTRACK GREENVILLE IS A COMMUNITY INITIATIVE STARTED IN 2015 TO ENSURE STUDENTS STAY ON TRACK FOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION. ONTRACK GREENVILLE IS A WHOLE CHILD APPROACH, USING AN INNOVATIVE, EVIDENCE-BASED DROP-OUT PREVENTION TRANSFORMATION MODEL, TO SYSTEMATICALLY ADDRESS THE CHALLENGES STUDENTS FACE.
