Housing for disabled homelss

About

Purchase renovate condemned or low cost housing units apts homes in order to provide permanent supportive housing to disabled homeless individuals and families. In 2007 we purchased renovated 10 housing units. We currently have 82 persons to include adults and children in the properties that we have acquired. We now have a total of 34 housing units. All clients receive case management to include life skills training, budgeting, referral services - employment and education, referrals for medical assistance to include medicine, reerral to mental health and substance abuse services, referral to food pantires, utility assistance, furniture/clothing banks and car programs.
