Mission
We cook. We deliver. We teach. We Care.
About
WE COOK. Our delicious, freshly prepared, health-promoting meals designed to meet the highest quality standards are critical in helping prevent or manage chronic disease. WE DELIVER. A majority of our clients are homebound or disabled and rely on our volunteers and staff to not only deliver their meals, but ensure that they do not suffer the debilitating effects of social isolation. WE TEACH. From one-on-one consults, Cooking Matters classes across the state, community partnerships and national advocacy efforts through the Food Is Medicine Coalition, we are helping the under-served live healthier lives. WE CARE. Friends come together here to touch the lives of thousands of others who are not as fortunate. Together we strive to lift them up, improve their health, & enrich their lives.
