Flexfactor is a workforce development and student outreach program focused on facilitating and enabling the creation of talent needed by the advanced manufacturing industry over time developed by Nextflex. Flexfactor's project-based learning platform immerses students into the blended worlds of technology and entrepreneurship, and manifests in multiple segments. Each segment is integrated into an existing classroom and uses a student-led learning approach to expose students to advanced technologies and the education/career pathways leading into the advanced manufacturing sector.
