CHILD WELFARE SOLUTIONS: BREAKING CYCLES OF CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT: CHS SERVES CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN ABUSED AND NEGLECTED WITH A GOAL TO FIND A PERMANENT SOLUTION (REUNIFICATION, ADOPTION OR PERMANENT LIVING SITUATION WITH A RELATIVE), SO THAT THE CHILD LIVES IN A SAFE NURTURING ENVIRONMENT.
