Mission
The mission of the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League of the Palm Beaches, Incorporated is to provide shelter to lost, homeless and unwanted animals, to provide spay and neuter and other medical services for companion animals, and to care for, protect, and find quality homes for homeless and neglected companion animals, to advocate animal welfare, community involvement and education to further the bond between people and animals.
About
Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League provided care and shelter for 7,090 lost, injured and homeless dogs and cats in 2019 and found forever homes for 6,087 animals through its adoption program. The foster program provided temporary homes for 3,344 cats and dogs who were too young or who needed a little more tender loving care before being placed for adoption. The league's pet food bank, Peggy's Pantry, provided free food and supplies to 7,282 animals whose owners were struggling to make ends meet.
