To enhance Florida’s Community Action Network’s effectiveness to facilitate the reduction of poverty, through collaboration with public and private partners by providing training, technical assistance, and advocacy.

Provide training and technical assistance throughout the year via in person training sessions throughout the state. Additionally, host an annual training conference which is our largest training event. Each year host between 200 300 attendees and offer over 30 sessions for Executive Leadership. Middle management and front line staff for each of Floridas Community Action Agencies.
