Our Mission is to ensure that individuals with disabilities have the best environment in which to learn, work and live. To accomplish this, we provide: Vocational Training, Employment and Community Job Placement, Recreational and Senior Activities, Residential Services, and Life Skills Training. Our Vision is an inclusive community where Individuals with disabilities can realize their full potential and contribute to the community in personally meaningful ways. Our Belief is that we have the responsibility to provide the tools, opportunities, and support needed for each Individual to make their own unique and valuable contributions to society.

Residential - The Center provides residential services to individuals with disabilities through three group homes, a transitional apartment, and the supported living program. Group homes provide 24- hour support to residents and training to increase their living skills. The Center operates JB's Ranch, Babbette Wolff Residence, and Amy's House. JB's Ranch is a men's group home located in Lantana which is licensed to serve 10 residents. Attached to this group home is the transition apartments which houses three men. The transition apartment provides the opportunity for individuals to live on their own yet have the support of the group home staff should any problems or issues arise. Babbette Wolff Residence is a co-ed group home located in West Palm Beach which is licensed to serve 7 residents. Currently, 5 women and 2 men live in this group home. Amy's House is a women's group home located in Haverhill which is licensed to serve 6 residents. All the group homes provide a home-like environment for the residents and is integrated into the neighborhood.
