Homeownership creation: Frontier Housing invested over 3.1 million in our communities through the creation of new homeowners. We served over 50 families with a housing solution that led them to purchasing a new home. We built and financed 9 new homes. Homebuyer education and counseling: Frontier provided homebuyer education and credit counseling for over 200 households in preparing them to become homebuyers. Home rehabilitation: Frontier rehabilitated 10 homes to existing homeowners in our service area. Rental housing: Frontier owned and operated 47 rental units providing affordable housing for low-income families.
