EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS ON FIRST AMENDMENT LAW, REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOM, VOTING RIGHTS, LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL AND TRANSGENDER RIGHTS, IMMIGRANTS' RIGHTS, ABOLITION OF THE DEATH PENALTY, RIGHT TO PROTEST, AND JUSTICE REFORM. WE PUT THE DISTRICTS ON NOTICE AND PROVIDED GUIDANCE TO THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AS THEY DEVELOPED STANDARDS FOR THE CLASSES. "PROTESTED AT THE KY FARM BUREAU (KFB) BREAKFAST. KFB PROMOTES POLICIES THAT ARE ANTI-LGBT, ANTI-UNION, ANTI-CHOICE, ANTI-IMMIGRANT, AND PRO-DEATH PENALTY. AS PART OF OUR ONGOING WORK TO UNDERSTAND AND LIFT UP THE HISTORY OF RACIAL INJUSTICE IN THE UNITED STATES, THE ACLU-KY BOARD AND STAFF TRAVELED TO MONTGOMERY, AL FOR THE OPENINGS OF THE NATIONAL MEMORIAL FOR PEACE AND JUSTICE AND THE LEGACY MUSEUM.
