During fiscal year 2019, BCT completed its 70th season, which engaged over 170,000 students in grades Pre-K through 8th. The company remains one of the nation's oldest and largest professional theatres for young audiences. As the resident professional theatre company at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention complex (BJCC), BCT operates the 950 seat mainstage theatre, the intimate 250 seat Wee Folks theatre and the 130 seat Dominick Studio theatre.
