FOR THE 2018/19 FISCAL YEAR CCHF HELD ITS ANNUAL CONFERENCE IN THE CINCINNATI AREA WHICH WAS ATTENDED BY 720. THE CONFERENCE FEATURED THREE DAYS OF WORKSHOPS AND PLENARY SESSIONS FOR ENCOURAGEMENT, ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATION. CCHF DELEGATED SPEAKERS ADDRESSED 60+ STUDENT GROUPS THROUGHOUT THE NATION ENCOURAGING THEM TO ROTATE IN MISSIONAL CLINICS AND ATTEND THE CCHF CONFERENCE. OUR STUDENT OUTREACHES INCLUDED EXHIBITIONS AT THE GMHC CONFERENCE IN LOUISVILLE, KY, AND COFFEE MEET-AND-GREETS IN CHICAGO, ATLANTA, LOUISVILLE, CINCINNATI, WACO, DALLAS, PORTLAND AND MEMPHIS. THE CCHF STAFF PROVIDED GUIDANCE TO CLINICS ACROSS THE NATION REGARDING BEST PRACTICES AND WHOLE PERSON CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS. CCHF|SOLUTIONS, A CONSULTING SERVICE THAT PROVIDES MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS TO MISSIONAL HEALTH CLINICS, EXPERIENCED STEADY GROWTH AS CONSULTANTS WORKED WITH SEVERAL PARTNER CLINICS.THESE EFFORTS AND OTHERS FOCUS ON OUR STRATEGIC PLAN'S FOUR INITIATIVES: 1. TO EFFECTIVELY CREATE A DISCIPLESHIP CULTURE WHERE EVERY MEMBER IS EXPECTED TO BE A REPRODUCING DISCIPLE-MAKER OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY HEALTH PROFESSIONS STUDENTS WHO LEAD THE NEXT GENERATION IN LIVING OUT THE GOSPEL THROUGH HEALTHCARE AMONG THE POOR.2. TO STRENGTHEN THE CAPACITY, VIABILITY, AND SUSTAINABILITY OF CCHF AS AN ORGANIZATION TO FULFIL ITS MISSION.4. TO ADVOCATE THAT THE MOVEMENT BECOMES A PROPHETIC COMMUNITY OF MISSIONAL ACTIVISTS, WHOSE POWER COMES FROM OUR SUBMISSION TO CHRIST AND TESTIMONY OF SACRIFICIAL LOVE EXPRESSED THROUGH EXCELLENCE IN HEALTHCARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE MOST VULNERABLE.
