During FYE 6/30/19, Leadership Broward Foundation provided three core leadership development programs: Leadership Broward, Youth Leadership Broward, and Women Leading Broward. As of 2019, LBF has more than approximately 2,800 graduates - 61% hold senior level titles, with approximately 20% holding titles of CEO Chairman or President. The Foundation alumni serve on more than 300 NPO boards in our community. Since inception, the Foundation has served more than approximately 500 community projects, with program participants and volunteers dedicating in excess of 12,000 hours annually to community service. Our mission is to develop and inspire individuals to serve our community. We are focused on mission execution.
