To promote the construction, rehabilitation, and operation of affordable, safe, and decent housing for the low and moderate-income residents of the municipality of Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

About

Rental housing for low and moderate income residents - The corporation operates three housing projects located in the municipality of Bayamon, these projects consist of apartment units for low and moderate income families. The families pay rent under annual lease agreements, or apply for financial assistance from federal housing Section 8 program administered by the municipality of Bayamon. Two of these projects 'Los Millones 1 & 2' were constructed with federal funds passed through the municipality of Bayamon. The third project 'Gallardo Apartments' was acquired through a commercial loan and also receives federal housing Section 8 rent subsidies from the municipality of Bayamon, as well as commercial rental income derived from businesses located in the building.
