The mission of the Adaptive Learning Center is to provide a safe and healthy community for adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders to realize their individual potential for self-reliant living as defined by the ability to engage in productive work, to socialize successfully, to attend to their own physical and emotional health, and to experience ongoing personal growth.

Adaptive Learning Center (ALC) is committed to creating and maintaining a living and working environment for neurologically impaired individuals. ALC's programs promote dignity and help support a sense of community. The ALC program provides each participant with an individual program for growth. ALC is committed to maintaining the highest quality of living possible which allows each client to develop a sense of pride and to increase self-esteem and foster a sense of self-worth.
