THESE AWARDS WERE ANTICIPATED TO BE AWARDED IN THE 2018 FISCAL YEAR AND WERE INCLUDED IN THE BUDGET AS PROJECTED REVENUE WITHIN THAT YEAR AS IN PREVIOUS YEARS.
